Conscious Brand, Health, well-Being, Spirituality, seven chakras, angel numbers, sage greys, spiritual experience, healing inner child, fashion, style

Sage Greys was born in 2020, our collection was created in 2022 and then evolved into a brand in 2024. Launching Sage Greys played a pivotal role in healing my inner child and feminine InnerG. Our intention with the Sage Greys chronicles is to curate valuable insights from a “A Spiritual Girl in a Material World” point of view. I hope this will help transform another being’s mind, body, and soul.

Our conscious brand is inspired by health, well-being, and spirituality. And our designs are deeply rooted in peace, kindness, gratitude, and abundance.

We envision a world where our brand transcends tangible products, guiding beings on their spiritual journey of inner peace, soul connections and finding their purpose, all in divine timing.

Our purpose is to be a conduit for the collective to reach self-actualization through self-awareness, self-reflection, and self-growth. We honor spiritual beings, transcending beyond physical, mental, and emotional biases to deliver a spiritual experience with good InnerG.

My health journey began after I graduated from college, I was 200 plus pounds. I got a personal trainer, reduced my sugar intake and food portions, and lost 50 pounds. I maintained a healthy weight until I got pregnant in 2012, I gained 50 pounds.

Although I worked out until I was 38 weeks pregnant, I still gained 50 pounds. I breastfed until my daughter was one year’s old, but still could not lose the extra weight. Determined to lose the baby weight, I started attending bootcamp classes. At this point my goal was to drop the baby weight, no more, no less. My trainer was prepping a fellow boot camper at the time to compete in a bodybuilding competition. He suggested that I compete as well. but I wasn’t interested, I was focused on dropping the baby weight.

As time passed, I became friends with the person training for the bodybuilding competition, and she inspired me to compete in my first competition. In May 2016, I competed but I didn’t win my Pro card the first time around, so I decided to compete again in October 2016. The second time was a charm, I won my Pro card.

However, during my second prep, I started to experience bloating, so I went to see a doctor. All of my test results were negative. I followed up with a food sensitivity test, which helped me uncover some foods that were causing the bloating; but it didn’t resolve the root cause. From here, I went to see a naturopath, and this is when we found the root causes 1) too much bad bacteria 2) not enough good bacteria 3) parasites.

In 2017, a big shift happened, I went from eating a high protein meat diet to eating a plant-based diet to heal my gut. This is when my curiosity flourished, I wanted to understand everything there was to know about naturally healing the body with herbs and food, bypassing the need for Western medicine. In 2020, I received my health coach certification from the Integrative Institute of Nutrition.

Fast forward to today, I am still practicing a plant-based diet, I work out 4-6 days per week (Pilates, Strength Training, Walking) and I love biohacking! Some of my favorite routine modalities are: 1) infrared Sauna 2) Ozone Therapy 3) Colon Hydrotherapy 4) Lymphatic Massages 5) IV Vitamin Therapy.

My intention is to serve the collective by sharing my journey, what I learned and what I am unlearning. I hope I can help another being along their journey.

spiritual awakening

In 2018, my daughter said to me, “Mama, are you happy?” This is when I became consciously aware that something wasn’t right but didn’t truly understand what my next step should be.

In 2019, my spiritual awakening began. The quest of learning who I was meant to be and unlearning who I had become through the eyes of others. At this point, I was lost, seeking to find myself, heal all my traumas, and figure out what makes me happy. I was overwhelmed but determined to heal myself.

My journey started with reading books by Gabby Bernstein, Esther and Jerry Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, Miguel Ruiz, Paulo Coelho, and Brene Brown. These books opened my mind, body and soul to so many new things I had never really experienced before.

These books led me to heal my inner child, and other wounds including, dominant masculine InnerG, abandonment, codependency, feeling unworthy, not enough and constantly seeking validation from external sources. You can read more in my first Sage greys Chronicle, 7 DIMENSIONS OF A CONSCIOUS BRAND: HEALTH, WELL-BEING, SPIRITUALITY.

Healing is a full-time job, just when I thought I cracked the code, the universe will send me a trigger along my path. Each time I become wiser, learning how to respond, and not react.

I will share insights from healing my journey with you and I hope I am able to help the collective heal, learn, unlearn, grow and evolve along their journey.
